Woman crosses track seconds before train arrives. Watch video

A video of passengers getting off a train standing in the middle of nowhere and crossing the railway with their luggage has been widely shared on the internet.

In the impressive video, another train horn can be heard and people can be seen quickly crossing the track. One of the passengers even warns them that the train is approaching. As this train approaches, a woman crosses the track, puts her bag on the other side, and returns to her family on the other side. Then she was seen sitting next to a man and two others as the train passed.

The clip shared by Indian Forest Service Officer Susanta Nanda has garnered more than 3,50,500 views on Twitter. “Oh dear… a scene from Bhubaneswar. Please refrain from this,” Nanda commented on the clip.

However, two users in the comments section said that the incident took place in Whitefield, Bengaluru. Many were shocked by the video and criticized the passengers for their reckless behaviour.

“My heart stopped. One user commented “Nick of time saved their lives.” Another user noted, “Safety is gone with the wind, repentance later is useless.”

Another video showing the harsh attitude of people as they pass through a railway crossing went viral in 2018. They were seen deliberately ignoring the gate and crossing the railway line while the train horn was heard.
