Watch: Pant, Pandya hit huge sixes in front packed crowd in practice session | Cricket

Team India had their match day experience on the eve of the 2nd T20I as they practiced in front of crowded stands at Barabati Stadium in Cuttack on Saturday. A section of the stadium was opened for spectators and fans gathered to watch the practice of their favorite cricketers. In the absence of KL Rahul, the series for India is being practiced by cricketers like Rishabh Pant, Jammu and Kashmir pacer Umran Malik and vice-captain Hardik Pandya.

The crowd cheered when Pant and Pandya hit big shots during their power-hitting practice wicket.

The BCCI, praising the Janasthoma on the spot, tweeted, “Match day will be a non-match day.

BCCI shared another video a few minutes later, in which it was heartbreaking to see the roar from the audience. This is not the first time this has happened at Barabati Stadium. In fact, this happens every time India plays in this stadium in Cuttack.
