To improve party’s expansion plans, BJP to focus on panna pramukhs | Latest News India

The Bharatiya Janata Party will focus on increasing its social welfare schemes, enhancing outreach towards beneficiaries and strengthening the Panna Pramukh campaign to improve the party’s expansion plans. The party launches the Har Ghar Tiranaga campaign to fulfill its policy of promoting nationalism.

The decision was taken at a meeting of office-bearers at the party’s national executive meeting in Hyderabad.

Addressing the media, former Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje said the meeting discussed key organizational programs to strengthen the party and how these could be tweaked and made more effective.

“The party will have 200 active workers in all booths; Raje said that creating WhatsApp groups, finding ways for wide dissemination of (Pradhani radio programme) Mann Ki Baat, focusing on training Panna leaders is one of the most critical areas and needs to be strengthened further.

The party appoints a Panna Prakham at each booth, who is responsible for connecting with the voters. The campaign was identified as a crucial step in building a bond between the party and the people.

Referring to the plan to focus on the training of Panna leaders, Raje said, “…future election programs rest on this. A review of the Panna Pramukh Abhiyan will be conducted every week as it will give the party a sense of what is happening on the ground.

The party has benefited from the results of social welfare schemes and attributed its electoral victory in a clutch of recent state elections to the success of social welfare schemes like free rations and subsidies like electricity and cooking fuel. To harness the goodwill generated by the schemes, the party has identified the beneficiaries or beneficiaries as a critical constituency. To improve its numbers for the 2024 general elections and the upcoming assembly elections, the party will try to publicize the benefits of social schemes and how it has helped improve the condition of the poor and marginalized.

How to reach 30 crore beneficiaries was discussed. The three-hour meeting discussed how to enhance the programme,” he said.

Based on the interactions with the beneficiaries the party comes up with interventions to tweak the schemes and make them more people friendly.

“Instead of taking them as a whole; At the state level we will take up the issue plan by plan and go to the people and discuss with them and see to what level they can be taken,” he said.

As part of the government’s Azadi Ka Amrit Mahatsavam, the Har Ghar Tiranga Abhiyan is a focus area. “It will be taken up on a massive scale and used as a movement to reach 20 crore people,” Raje said.

Party president JP Nadda thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for the party’s success in the recent state elections, by-elections and municipal elections, he said.

“It was also decided to pay special attention to reach the maximum number of booths. It is very important to strengthen the booths to connect with the workers who will take the vision of the party to the people and there should be a coordinated campaign for Antyodaya,” he said.

Asked if the political resolution to be passed in the meeting would refer to the situation in the country after the Udaipur massacre, he said, “I am sure any discussion in the country is important. “

Raje said that a statement will also be made about the political situation in Telangana.
