Tarak Mehta Ka Ulte Jeshm It’s all for a new welcome Natto Kaka. ghanshyam nyak, who played the role for many years, died last year of cancer last year. While the makers of the film earlier said they didn’t want to replace him, they have now chosen actor Kiran Bhatt to lead the part.
In a video shared on Tarak Mehta Ka Ulte Jeshm Official YouTube page, Producer and Creator Asit Kumar Modi talks about no one being able to replace Ghanshyam Nayak, but as the saying goes, “The show must go on”. He adds that it is positive for fans to give Kiran the same love they gave the late actor.
The video begins with Asit Modi’s entry to Gada Electronics, the shop owned by Jethalal (Dilip Joshi), where Nattu Kaka works. When the audience sees glimpses of Ghanshyam in the shop via some old clips, the producer says that even Nattu Kaka must definitely miss all the comedy happening at Gada Electronics, and smiles at them from above. He then greets Kiran who smiles at the camera with his hands folded as if asking fans to accept him.
“Every artist is only looking for love, and you have always showered us all with so much. We were just a little artist and it’s only because of your love, we have achieved so much. It is my only request now that you give so much love to the new Nattu Kaka. Don’t forgive us if we make some mistakes. I’m sure It will stand up to all your expectations. The actors may keep changing, some may disappear, some just resign, but the character will remain. The show must go on,” says Asit Modi in Hindi.
Many fans felt emotional when they posted comments mentioning the actor. One user wrote, “Ganshyam Nyak is a legend and he has crafted every character he played into his own persona. I hope he watches from the sky. Natto Kaka as a character who transcends emotions. Welcome to the new artist and I hope he is as good as Shri Ganshyam.”
Many even felt that was the tip the film makers gave before they got a new Dayaben. It should be noted here that after Disha Vakani withdrew from the show in 2017 after giving birth to a child, the filmmakers were waiting for her return. However, after she welcomed her second child, it appears that the actor will not be returning. Asit Modi shared in an interview that the team is now looking to find a replacement for Dayaben, and has even started auditioning for the cast.
