Stranger Things 4 Star Priah Ferguson Open To Star In Erica Spin-Off: ‘It’d Be Really Cool’

Of all the supporting cast of Stranger Things, Priah Ferguson surprised fans the most in Season 3. Played by Erica Sinclair (Lucas’s 10-year-old sister), Bria’s essay is a nerd who ends up helping the Hawkins gang in their fight against the Mind Flyer. The teaser images for Stranger Things 4 suggest it has a bigger role to play.

While fans wait to see what the store has in store, News18.com got a chance to ask Priah about her character. During a recent press conference, we asked the actress if she’d be interested in a movie based on Erica. Priya was on board with the idea.

She admitted, “It would be really cool to star in if this was an idea Netflix or Stranger Things writers had.” However, she has confirmed that Season 4 offers more character development for Erica. “I definitely feel like you’re seeing Erica’s character progress in the new season. You really understand her character,” Priya added.

“In season two, I saw some glimpses of her character. In season three, I saw that she was very fast and resourceful, she’s good at math, which in today’s time would be classified as Simgirl, and in season four, you can really see her character and how She contributes to the team, so maybe an occasional presence would be nice,” Priya said.

The new season of Stranger Things – Stranger Things 4 – is about to end. The first volume is split into two parts on Netflix on May 27 while the second volume is set to premiere on July 1. The new season expands the horizons, as Eleven takes out the Hawkins after the sudden disappearance of Jim Hopper (David Harbor). Although it seems far from the center of Stranger Things, the trailers confirm that it will be back in chaos soon.

Stranger Things 4 marks the return of Millie Bobby Brown (eleven), Finn Wolfhard (Mike), Caleb McLaughlin (Lucas), Gaten Matarazzo (Dustin), Noah Schnapp (Will), Sadie Sink (Max), Joe Kerry (Steve), Natalia Dyer (Nancy), Charlie Heaton (Jonathan), Maya Hawke (Robin), Winona Ryder (Joyce) and David Harbor (Hooper).
