Soha Ali Khan gets ready for the weekend with core workout using sticks, workout bricks and dumbbells: Watch video | Health

These fitness enthusiasts inspire them to go to the gym, eat clean, and incorporate healthy habits into their daily routine. Soha Ali Khan was one of them. The actor frequently shares training pieces in his home gym. Today, he dropped a new video in which he made a bunch of core-strengthening routines with the help of core, dumbbells, workout bricks and wall support. So, if you want some fitness inspiration for the weekend, this is it.

On Saturday, Soha Ali Khan posted a video of the core workout using a variety of simple tools. The baby’s mother clipped the caption “Get ready for the weekend! Core workout”. After he shared the post online, it garnered many likes and praise from Soha’s followers, including his sister Saba Ali Khan. She commented, “Fab! The clip begins with Soha balancing her body on one leg and standing on the stacked bricks while the other leg and both hands extend into the air perpendicular to the floor. She held the stick in her hand as she stretched her body and returned to a standing posture. Soha followed this exercise with one-leg hip thrusts, balancing the brick on the feet of her outstretched leg.

Then, Soha lifted both legs up into the air and crunched the brick on his feet. In the end, Soha made pallets while stacking dumbbells, wall walk-ups, one-leg squats and roll-over squats.
