Registration processes for admission into the University of Delhi’s Non-University Women’s Education Board (NCWEB) for the upcoming academic session have started.
While DU has adopted the Common Undergraduate Entrance Test (CUET) for admission to all of its undergraduate programs, admission to NCWEB and the College of Open Education will continue to be based on the ‘merit’ of school leaving marks.
Registrations for admission to the NCWEB must remain open until July 25. According to the university, candidates will be able to be admitted to all colleges offering NCWEB courses and all programmes, provided they meet the eligibility and the particular course cutoff and college. Merit will be based on the candidate’s grades in one language and the best three academic or elective subjects on the Class 12 board exams, according to DU officials.
NCWEB offers BA (program) and BCom and more than 25 colleges offer different combinations of subjects for these programs.
