Ingredients:

Chicken Tikka Pieces

Tomato

Garlic

Cashew cream

Kasuri methi

Pumpkin puree

brown rice

Edamame

Fried onions

Method:

Cut the tomato into 1/4, add the whole garlic, season with salt and black pepper and cook in the oven for 30 minutes. Then puree it and keep it aside. Heat a pan, add oil, red chilli powder and tomato puree. Cook well then add kasuri methi along with salt and pumpkin puree and cashew cream.

Heat a pan, add oil, add garlic, fry well. Add blanched edamame, brown rice and coriander and saute well. Add salt and black pepper. Take chicken tikka chunks and tomato gravy and serve with edamame brown rice and Indian salad and garnish with fried onions.
