Pune: Over 60 new Kovid-19 cases have been reported in the last 24 hours in Pune. It took a progressive count to 1.45 million of which 1.43 million were recovered, 20,544 deaths and 318 active cases.
According to the state health department, the Pune countryside reported 22 new cases of Kovid, which took a progressive count to 425,782 and the death toll was 7,204 as no deaths were reported. In Pune, 32 new cases were reported, taking the progressive number to 681,197 and the death toll was 9,713. PCMC has reported six new Covid cases and the progressive count has risen to 347,782 and the toll is 3,627.
According to the Co-WIN dashboard, so far, 18.39 million doses have been registered in Pune district so far. Of these, 9.76 million were for the first dose, 8.19 million for the second dose, and 435,684 for the first dose. Pune: A study conducted by Bharati Hospital in Pune and published in the international science journal BMC shows that oral drug sildenafil IV is as effective as sildenafil (injection) and has fewer side effects. The drug is mainly used to treat high blood pressure in newborns and costs 500 times less than its injection alternative. Doctors say that every five to six of the 1,000 deaths reported in the country are caused by pulmonary hypertension.
Ludhiana: 1.1k school athletes have participated in trials for sports division
