670k cyber attack cases in India so far this year: Centre

More than 670,000 cases related to cyber security have been reported in India till June this year, Union Minister Ajay Kumar Mishra told the Lok Sabha on Tuesday. More than three million cases have been reported in the country since 2019 till last month, Mishra said. Read more…

Lulu Mall row: Misinformation on names, police say; Ayodhya Shri’s video goes viral

Four people were arrested on Tuesday for offering namaz at Lulu Mall in Lucknow, and the Lucknow Police Commissionerate said there was wrong information about some of the arrests. The commissionerate has clarified the names of those arrested for namaz and recitation of Hanuman Chalisa amid fresh controversy after some falsely claimed that Hindu men were arrested for posing as Muslims. Monkeypox: Person-to-person transmission, animal-to-human transmission, precautions and preventive measures

India has placed Kerala on high alert after the second case of monkeypox was detected and the Union Health Ministry has ordered strict screening of all international travelers arriving at airports and ports to reduce the threat of its importation.
