International Yoga Day 2022: Actress Malaika Arora is an avid practitioner and her numerous posts are evidence of this ancient practice available online. The fitness enthusiast, like others, is excited for the International Yoga Day, which is recognized annually on June 21st. Today, a day before the occasion, Malaika took to Instagram to drop off a core-strengthening yoga flow exercise with her followers. The official Instagram account of Sarva Yoga Studio and Malaika Arora has dropped an actor video of the Dynamic Yoga Flow routine to strengthen the core. Wearing a Malaika, Lemon Green Tank Top and Shorts, Vaghrasana or Tiger Pose and Cat Pose made the variety. “Yoga is hard and that’s why I love to practice these dynamic flows. The video begins with a Malaika Vaghrasana or Tiger Pose and then changes one leg of the Cat Pose. She placed the first posture on the table top and then one leg and the opposite hand on the opposite end. Then, Malaika compressed her outstretched arm and leg to join her elbow and knee down her torso. She did a four-count flow exercise in the clip.

Benefits of Vaghasana or Tiger Posture:

Vaghasana or Tiger posture relieves back pain, relieves sciatica, relaxes the foot and hip joints, improves spine flexibility, strengthens the core muscles of the abdomen, spine, buttocks, hips and legs and targets the spine. This is a beneficial exercise for mothers shortly after childbirth.
