Karan has recently appeared on Disney + Hotstar Original Special Ops and Special Ops 1.5: The Himmat Story web shows. Prior to the web shows, she appeared in the 2018 fictional TV show, Nagin 3.

“Sometimes TV limits you because of the nature of the media. When you work every day, do 8-9 scenes, and shoot about 20 minutes of run-time footage, it’s very hard to nurture your creative spirit. That’s probably one reason why I don’t watch television at this time.” He told ETimes in an interview.

This is not the first time Karan has opened up a debate on TV. In an interview with Hindustan Times earlier this year, Karan said, “As long as I do quality work, it doesn’t matter. Agar Quantum Kam Hai Karna Hai Tho Fir TV Pay Bhi Kar Saktay Hai (If I am watching Quantum, I can work for TV). Obviously, what happens when I speak like this is, ‘You don’t pay tribute to TV’, but the thing is, this is the choice you make for your career. It originates from somewhere. ”

After a brief role in Shah Rukh Khan-Anushka Sharma starrer Rab Ne Bana The Duo in 2008, Karan debuted on TV with Love Ne Mila The Duo the following year and appeared in shows like Ek Hazaron Mae Mary Behna Hai and more. Rang Badhalti Odani.

Later, she participated in many reality shows including the Talent Hunt Show India’s Got Talent, Dance Reality Show Jalak Dikhla Ja 7 and Cooking Show Kitchen Champion.
