David Beckham attended Day 10 of Wimbledon and won over fans in a sizzling brown suit at the Royal Box on Wednesday. The ongoing Wimbledon Championships started on June 20 and this year has witnessed a lot of celebrities. Taking to Instagram, the tournament’s official handle posted a photo of the former footballer and captioned it, “Sports royalty in the royal box.”

In the ongoing competition, Rafael Nadal will face Taylor Fritz in Wednesday’s quarter-final match. Meanwhile, Novak Djokovic will face Cameron Norrie in the semi-finals on Thursday. Djokovic advanced to the semifinals with a 5-7, 2-6, 6-3, 6-2, 6-2 win over Janic Sinner.

Sinner emerged as Djokovic’s toughest opponent in the ongoing contest but the Serb’s experience proved crucial in the match. Djokovic is aiming to win the title this time and former player Mats Wilander has also praised him.

“He was the first person to really challenge Roger and they had this amazing rivalry for a few years,” Wilander said.

“Then of course Novak Djokovic came along, but Novak was probably Nadal’s more difficult opponent.

“And, speaking from personal experience, you don’t necessarily have to compete against a player you’ve played with in the biggest games. This is one you will enjoy playing against

“So I totally understand what he’s saying; Playing against Roger Federer must be a lot of fun if you think you have a chance to win.
