CNG prices have been increased in the national capital Gas distribution from Indraprastha Gas Ltd at Rs 2 per kg on Saturday, news agency ANI reported. Delhi-NCR’s Noida, Ghaziabad and Gurugram have also increased. This is the 13th increase since March 7, according to news agency PTI and the second rise this month. A On May 15, CNG reported a 2 hike in prices.

CNG in the national capital Delhi now costs 75.61 per kg, from 73.61 per kg on May 15th. CNG prices have been increased for Noida, Greater Noida and Ghaziabad. 78.17 per kg, which costs in Gurugram 83.94 per kg.

According to data compiled by news agency PTI, compressed natural gas (CNG) is expensive 7.50 in April. Urban gas dealers have been raising prices periodically since October last year when domestic and international gas prices began to rise as economies around the world recovered from the epidemic-induced slowdown. Prices have gone up The PTI reports that the last three months of 2021 have seen a steady increase of 8.74 per kg, and about 50 paise per week since January.

CNG price rises during the consumer price index-based retail inflation rose to 7.8 per cent in April, the highest in 8 years. The surge in prices can also be linked to increased geopolitical tensions due to the war in Ukraine.
