Our mind and body are not always in sync.  We often get into work life or study or forget to take care of our body and our health.  So much so, that we misread the signals sent to us by our bodies.  Sometimes our body communicates to us through signs of pain, stress, but we often don't listen.  But the right way to strike a balance between a healthy and busy life is to not ignore the signs.
