Amitabh Bachchan, late Thursday evening, took to his social media platforms to cheer his family during their appearance at the ongoing 75th Cannes Film Festival. Bachchan shared pictures of his son, actor Abhishek Bachchan, his daughter-in-law Aishwarya Rai and his granddaughter Ardiya and they wrote, “पुत्र, बहु, पोती 🌹🌹🌹”.
Aishwarya was a regular at Cannes in 2002. This time, she is also accompanied by Abhishek and Aradya.
In the photo shared by Amitabh Bachchan, Abhishek is seen wearing a sharp black tuxedo with a white shirt and tie, Aishwarya looks ethereal in a bright pink evening gown and Aradia is seen wearing a beautiful red dress with matching hair band. Photo is from a L’Oreal after party.

This year, six Indian films will be shown at the Marche du Cinema. These include R Madhavan: The Nambi Effect, Nikhil Mahajan’s Godavari, Shankar Shrikumar’s Alpha Beta Gamma, Biswajeet Bora’s Boomba Ride, Achal Mishra’s Dhuin and Jayaraj’s Tree Full of Parrots.
The India Pavilion at the 75th Cannes Film Festival opened on Wednesday amid some folk songs and dancing. The Indian troupe at this year’s festival includes Jury member Deepika Padukone, AR Rahman, Nawazuddin Siddiqui, Pooja Hegde, Ricky Kej, Shekhar Kapur, Tammanaah Bhatia, Hina Khan and Urvashi Rautela, among others. India is the country of honor in this year’s festival.
