Aditi Rao Hydari opted for the Sabyasachi saree as she debuted at the Cannes Film Festival 2022. She wrote along with pictures of herself posing on the stairs, “My Momma is proud (emoji of the heart). Simplicity and tradition are my favorite @sabyasachiofficial.” Images show her wearing a hand-painted and embroidered ivory organza saree, paired with emerald and diamond choker from the Bengal Royal Collection of Sabasachi Jewelery. This is the second time this year’s festival has marked the Sabyasachi outfit. On the opening day of the festival, Deepika Padukone wore a retro sari by the designer.

Aditi shared more pictures of the outfit on her Instagram account, along with a reel that showed her at various places in Cannes. She set the reel to the Friendship x Chupke Se image and asked others to try to sing the track. He captioned, “A small piece of my heart from Cannes. Make your own version of this audio and tag me.”

Aditi revealed to the Hindustan Times that she had to make her way to Cannes earlier, but was postponed due to a lockdown. He said, “I’m going now this year. I have a busy schedule because I’m doing different things. I’m looking forward to it. I’m constantly telling myself, ‘Growing up, you dreamed of being in Cannes. I wanted to go to the movies, experience this magical thing.’ I’m telling you.I really want to be in the moment, take every single magic I can.

Aditi was last seen in the Tamil film Hey Sinamika, which also stars Dulquer Salman and Kajal Aggarwal. He will next appear in Gandhi Talks and Jubilee.
