At least 30 minutes of exercise a day can make you shed extra pounds and build strength. It will also help your body to become resilient. It is also important to get a good 8 hours of sleep.

Getting the right amount of vitamins, calcium and iron supplements in your diet will help you fight nutritional deficiencies.

Consume protein
