The long-awaited summer break is here and we are finally ready to pack our bags, unpack the excitement and excitement of all the worry and zip-zoom in on the daily routine.  Whether planning a long vacation or disappearing for a while, traveling through land, air or sea, the fun part is always consistent - during the holidays, one can eat and be spirited.  This year’s travel and summer vacation plans may have one additional pain point - health alert and unconscious.  A major concern when traveling long distances is always about food.  Many of us wonder what to eat and what not to do while on vacation to avoid food poisoning, dehydration, indigestion, etc.  We don’t want to see food spoiled with holiday plans.
