3 Killed, Four Injured; Close Shave For Rapper MoneySign $uede

Three people were killed and four wounded in a shooting during a party at a warehouse in Los Angeles early Sunday morning, authorities said.

LAPD spokesman, Officer Jader Chaves, said one of the bullet victims remained in critical condition Monday morning.

Investigators have not yet determined a motive for the shooting around 12:30 a.m. Sunday in the Boyle Heights neighborhood. No suspicious information has been released.

Blood stained the pavement and clothes – including sneakers – remained on the street in the hours after the violence as investigators and forensic photographers documented the scene.

Chavez said two other victims were in stable condition on Monday and the fourth was discharged from hospital.

When they arrived, Chaves said, officers found two people dead from gunshot wounds. The death of the third person was later announced.

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner’s office has identified two of the deceased victims as Daniel Dunbar, 27, and Randy Tyson, 25.

Local rapper MoneySign$uede performed at the party and offered his condolences in an Instagram post, noting that he was on his way home when he got a call regarding the shooting.

“I am praying for all the people who were injured and died last night,” the rapper wrote.

“My condolences and my heart go out to all the families of this misfortune.”

Andre Preston told the Los Angeles Times that his brother, Brandon Castro, 18, was taken to hospital with a gunshot wound.

“My little brother was in the wrong place at the wrong time,” Preston told the newspaper.
